2 arrested in drug bust at Ascension Parish smoke shop; 'gas station heroin' found
Mohammed Saed Youseff, 22, of Baton Rouge, and Phoebe McMullen, 25, of Prairieville, were charged with several counts of possession with intent to distribute schedule I controlled dangerous substance.
On Tuesday, Sept. 16, detectives from the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, along with the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control and the Gonzales Police Department, searched Mojo Smoke Shop in Prairieville.
APSO said detectives found large amounts of liquid THC, marijuana, kratom, and tianeptine, a drug sometimes called “gas station heroin.”
Both Youseff and McMullen were arrested and booked into the Ascension Parish Jail.
