HOUMA, La. (WGNO) — Two Houma men were arrested on Monday, Sept. 15, in connection with a 2015 homicide investigation.

According to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, 70-year-old Charles Johnson and 43-year-old Shannon Robinson are accused of the 2015 killing of Pamela Johnson.

TPSO officials said on Dec. 1, 2015, two young girls were found in the area of Wade Street in Houma by deputies. They determined that the girls had allegedly been kidnapped from their residence in Bourg, and that the suspect allegedly shot their aunt, Pamela Johnson, the prior night. Deputies went to her house and reportedly found her dead from a gunshot wound.

TPSO officials said recent evidence has come to light that linked the two men to the homicide.

Charles Johnson faces charges of first-degree murder and solicitation for murder. Shannon Robinson faces charges of first-degree murder, solicitation for murder and aggravated kidnapping. Both were booked into the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex.
