The current trend that has taken TikTok by storm is where users pee on a university campus with and trending sound from the show Dexter. There are two TikTok users called the ASU Pisser
The Angelo pisser has one video where it shows him peeping in the Downtown area in San Angelo. This video has over 50,000 views at the time of this article’s publication.
The ASU Pisser is a bit more active. This account has 6 videos up doing this trend and those add up to over 103,000 views at the time of this article’s publication.
A CVHP reporter reached out to SAPD to see if this was potentially breaking any laws. SAPD stated that the main charge they could possibly be charged with is Disorderly Conduct which is a Class C Misdemeanor.
SAPD provided this charge that could be put if caught:
(10) exposes his anus or genitals in a public place and is reckless about whether another may be present who will be offended or alarmed by his act;
SAPD also stated that people could potentially be charged with Criminal Mischief as well if they meet the elements of that charge.
