UPDATE: The woman was found safe.
Authorities are asking for the public’s help to find a missing woman with health concerns.
An alert from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says 63-year-old Nancy Hannah left her home in Inver Grove Heights with a red suitcase on roller wheels on Monday and told her apartment management that she was going to a hotel nine miles away.
Police say she has early signs of dementia and has been wandering off recently. Additionally, she left behind several medications that she needs.
Hannah is described as being 5-foot-2 and 90 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair.
While she has a red Jeep Patriot, police say they don’t believe she has access to it at this time. Still, it’s unclear if she left on foot or some other transportation.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call Inver Grove Heights police at 651-450-2465 or email rmalcolm@ighmn.gov.
