
BARDSTOWN, Ky. (FOX 56) — A judge has granted permanent custody of Crystal Rogers’ son to Brooks Houck’s sister.
According to court documents obtained by Louisville FOX affiliate WDRB, Judge Joe Ballard signed an agreement giving Rhonda McIlvoy full custody of Rogers’ and Houck’s 12-year-old son Eli.
She’s had temporary custody since last year.
Houck, who was found guilty in Rogers’ 2015 murder, agreed not to contest the decision.
The judge signed off on the agreement on Monday.
