‘Fugitive from justice’ sought by Cisco law enforcement

CISCO, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Cisco police are searching for a man they say is a parole violator.

According to the department, 50-year-old Alvin Sell fled during a traffic stop on Avenue M on August 13 and is now considered a fugitive from justice, with outstanding warrants from the State Board of Pardons and Paroles.

Police say he was last seen near the Allsup’s on West 8th Street, wearing a ball cap and dark-colored shirt.
