1 killed in Bowling Green shooting, Warren County deputies say

Bowling Green, Ky. (FOX 56) — Investigators with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) are still at the scene where one person was reportedly killed in an afternoon shooting.

The sheriff’s office posted on Facebook that just after noon on Sept. 13, deputies responded to reports of a shooting on the 200 block of East Heights Avenue. Callers told authorities that multiple shots had been fired in the area, and three vehicles fled the scene.

When deputies got to East Heights Avenue, a person was found who had died after being shot.

The WCSO wrote that investigators are processing the scene with drone teams and other units still in place.
