Happy Nintendo Direct Day! The time has come for a roughly 60-minute showcase of the future of Switch and Switch 2 games. The presentation is set to begin at 6am PT/9am ET/2pm BST, and we’re here to gather all the biggest announcements in one place as they happen to ensure you don’t miss a thing.
Yes, we will be updating this article throughout the Nintendo Direct that just so happens to be taking place one day before the 40th birthday of the Super Mario Bros. series. Could we finally get a glimpse of the next big adventure (or even movie?!) for our favorite plumber? We don’t have long to find out.
Fans will also be hoping for a release date for Metroid Prime 4: Beyond and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, potential DLC for Mario Kart World and Donkey Kong Bananza, another look at games like The Duskbloods, Splatoon Raiders, Pokemon Legends: Z-A, and Kirby Air Riders, and much more.
One thing they won’t be screaming for, however, will be the release date of Hollow Knight: Silksong, as it has finally been released in the wild.
