Heavy police presence reported downtown near Zelmo’s Zip-in and Shark’s restaurant
COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — At least eight Columbus Police Department vehicles surrounded Zelmo’s Zip-in and Shark’s restaurant on Veterans Parkway at the intersection of 13th Street Thursday night.
An ambulance and a Columbus Fire truck were also on the scene. Police officers put crime scene tape around both establishments.
There is no official word from police on what they’re investigating.
