A Theft of Firearm was reported.

1800 block of Grape Street – Theft of Property 
A victim reported a known suspect stole his cell phone overnight. 

1600 block of S 6th Street – Harassment 

2800 block of N 6th Street – Forgery Financial 

3100 block of S 1st Street – Theft of Property 
A theft was reported at a south Abilene motel. 

4500 block of S 1st Street – Misapplication of Fiduciary Property worth $30,000 to $150,000 was reported. 

2000 block of Jeanette Street – General Inquiry 

3100 block of S 1st Street – Assault Threat/Contact
A report was completed for Class C assault family violence. 

600 block of ES 11th Street – Theft of Service 

1300 block of Beechwood Lane – General Inquiry 

300 block of Evening Shade Lane – Assault Pregnant Person 
A report was taken for assault in south Abilene. 

1700 block of Marshall Street – Theft of Property 
A report for Theft of Property was taken in south Abilene. 

1200 block of Grape Street – Theft 
Lottery tickets were reported stolen.

Cash was reported stolen. 

1600 block of S 6th Street – Harassment 

Arrests

Liborio Estrada – Assault Family Violence 
Estrada was arrested for Assault Family Violence, though the victim does not wish to press charges. 

Gene Rumfield – Public Intoxication 
Rumfield was arrested for public intoxication in north Abilene. 

Sean Brin – Driving While Intoxicated
Brin was arrested for driving while intoxicated in south Abilene.

Guadalupe Hernandez – Warrant 

Joshua Baker – Criminal Trespass
Baker was warned of criminal trespass 

Colton Giddings – Driving While Intoxicated 

Joseph Dodson – Public Intoxication

Ricardo Sandoval – Assault Family Violence
A victim reported her husband slammed her hand in a door.

Tatiana Siller – Assault 
A victim reported Siller bit her and punched her, causing her pain.
