Keep up with live updates on Lafayette native’s
Lauren Domingue during her time in the
CBS Big Brother House.
Sigh…the day has come where Rachel Reilly’s memory wall picture became black and white.
At the beginning of the episode, Big Brother showed a compilation of all the mayhem the Mastermind has in store for the players at the White Locust Resort. Then flashed back to the moments following Mickey’s eviction. The houseguests are relieved to have finally have made it to the Jury Phase with weeks away from the Big Brother finale that will crown the winner of season 27.
Members of the Judges alliance, like Will, Ashley and Rachel, were happy they are safe another week and hoped to continue to dominate the game.
Keanu felt proud and deemed his HOH a success after Mickey’s eviction and counted her leave as one less threat to his game.
Big Brother told players to wear their best vacation attire then invited them to the White Locust Resort.
As players enjoyed the White Locust Resort food and drinks they were then accompanied by the Mastermind on screen who told them tonight’s twist will be an elimination challenge meaning whoever loses will immediately be sent to the Jury House. In the elimination challenge, players will have to solve the puzzle one at a time within a certain amount of time and by each round the time will decrease. In this case players start with six minutes and 30 seconds then each round the time with decrease by a minute.
Before the players will have to face this challenge, BB Alum Tyler Crispen the host of the competitions and the Mastermind’s White Locust concierge, told the house they must play “Survive the White Locust” shuffle board game. Whoever won the challenge will decide who will be first in the elimination challenge and win safety for the week.
Ava came out victorious with the fastest time in the “Survive the White Locust” game. Players then proceed to go inside the house where Ava only had ten minutes to decide who would be the first to play in the elimination challenge with the most time of six minutes and 30 seconds.
In a panic, Rachel pulled Ava aside into the pantry room to tried to convince Ava to pick Rachel first. Other houseguests also overwhelmed Ava with the pressure of deciding.
Annoyed with everyone’s stress and panic, Ava gathered everyone in the living room and asked for volunteers. Ava decided to choose Vince to complete the challenge given he might be the best neutral option since he is everyone’s ally.
Vince completed the challenge under six minute and 30 second mark and is saved from elimination. When Vince came back, Vince chose Lauren because he wanted to keep her safe and knew no one else would choose her.
Morgan is frustrated with Vince because he did not choose her or any Judges alliance member. Keanu is frustrated because he wanted a chance to win safety.
Lauren goes into the challenge with five minutes and 30 seconds max to complete it and succeeds.
Going back into the house Lauren is pressured by Vince to pick Morgan despite her wishes of wanting to choose Kelley who is her ally. Lauren tried to see who Morgan was picking next and Morgan did not tell her who her pick would be. Lauren told Vince that she does not trust Morgan due to this response and Vince convinced Lauren to trust him because Morgan has not betrayed him the game.
Morgan played the challenge with four minutes and 30 seconds to spare. Morgan completed the challenge and was safe.
Morgan picked Rachel in hopes Kelley would be next with less time on the clock. Morgan wanted Rachel to go to protect the Judges alliance. Rachel had three minutes and 30 seconds to complete the puzzle.
During this time Keanu confronted Vince how him and Kelley could possibly be screwed by the little amount of time they had to play and the possibility of elimination.
In the end, Rachel did not complete the competition in time and was eliminated from the Big Brother game. Everyone was shocked by this outcome and was surprised to see her go.
During her exit Rachel reminded the houseguest that she is now a jury member and that they need to step up their game in order to earn her vote on finale night
“You are going to have to work to win this game.” Rachel said. “You are going to have to fight and get blood on your hands. Don’t think you can show up in those final two chairs and I’m going to let you get off easy. If you want to be a legend like me, you have to work for it and earn it.”
Tonight, find out who has become HOH. Who will be the next three nominees? Who will win Veto? Find out tonight at 7 p.m. on KLFY.
