Carson Gurzi back to punt for Carencro. The punt would be fielded by Jared Quoyeser. He’ll make his way in and out of the Carencro defense and marched to the end zone for the first touchdown of the game.

Both teams came off with wins. St. Martinville downed Cecilia at home with a final score of 34-29, while Lafayette High School got a road win at Franklin with a final score of 52-8.
