Paula Renell Fowler, 23, was arrested in Baton Rouge on Sept. 4 on charges of seven counts of child sexual abuse material under the age of thirteen and one count of obstruction of justice.
“Every time disturbing images like this are shared, it re-victimizes the child over and over again. If you distribute child sexual abuse material in Louisiana, you’re going to jail. I’d like to thank our LBI Cyber Crime Unit and our LBI Fugitive Apprehension Unit, the West Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office and the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office for their assistance on this case,” said Attorney General Liz Murrill.
Fowler was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
