McDonald’s looking to build new restaurant on Rockford’s West State Street

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A new McDonald’s restaurant could be coming to Rockford’s West side.

A special-use permit, filed by Permit Solutions, a company frequently used by McDonald’s, is under consideration by the Rockford Zoning Board of Appeals.

The application requests a special use permit for a McDonald’s fast food restaurant with a drive-thru at 4103 West State Street.

That address is currently occupied by Davita, a dialysis company.
