Look for these lane and ramp closures on I-465, I-65 this week
According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, work on I-465 on the east side starts around 9 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 8. The left lane of I-465 north and southbound will close from north of 30th Street to I-70. I-465 southbound will be reduced to a single lane near 30th
The construction project will also close the Pendleton Pike (U.S. 36) ramp to I-465 southbound. Lanes and ramps are expected to reopen around 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
The project includes temporary striping, barrier wall work and overhead sign work, INDOT said.
Drivers will see additional work in this same area for the weekend, with closures set for pavement marking installation.

As part of the I-65 Safety & Efficiency project, INDOT will set beams on a pair of bridges this weekend, leading to some restrictions.
INDOT said bridge beams will be installed on the reworked I-65 northbound bridge over Morris and Prospect streets as well as the new Hanna Avenue bridge over I-65.
The restrictions are expected to last between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.:
