Vehicle belonging to missing at-risk man found near bridge, says Richmond PD

(KRON) — An unoccupied vehicle belonging to a missing at-risk man was found, according to the Richmond Police Department.

Roman Joel Cox, 32, was last seen leaving his home Monday, says Richmond PD. His vehicle was located in the area of the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge.

Cox is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with a thin build and short black hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly wearing an orange beanie, gray/plaid sweater, gray sweatpants and work boots with reflective tape.
