Baxter County man injured in boating accident on Table Rock Lake

A Baxter County man has been injured in a boating accident on Table Rock Lake. The 67-year-old from Midway was taken to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield with what were termed serious injuries by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. It is their policy not to release the names of anyone involved in motor vehicle or boating accidents.

According to the report, the man was operating a pontoon in the Long Creek Arm of Table Rock Lake in southern Taney County when the boat struck the breakwater in front of Long Creek Marina.
