Summit Appliance, a Bronx, N.Y.-based supplier of specialty white-goods, has added a collection of easily installed Turnkey Kitchens & Bars to its cooking, refrigeration and laundry lines.

Available in three designs, the all-in-one kitchens come complete with pre-assembled hardwood cabinets with storage drawers in white or navy; pre-installed laminate countertops; and, depending on the model, beverage centers, undercounter refrigerators, induction cooktops and full stainless steel sinks with gooseneck faucets.

“For over 50 years, Summit has specialized in creating innovative appliances for small kitchens,” said Paul Storch, president of parent company FSI. “With the Turnkey series, we’re combining that expertise with professional cabinetry for a drop-in solution that can transform small spaces without full construction or remodeling.”

Marlon Pico, director of sales and business development, added that the three-series collection is “ideal for furniture dealers looking to expand into the growing compact living and multi-functional space market.”

Appropriate for homes, offices, student dorms and RVs, the three models include:

• Mesa Dry Bar Series: a turnkey bar with a commercial-grade beverage center and a pre-installed panel that frames the glass door.
• Oasis Wet Bar Series: includes a plug-and-play beverage center and five-bottle wine cubby, plus a built-in sink and premium tri-colored LED lighting.
• Caldera Collection: a premium kitchenette replete with an undercounter refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop and built-in sink.

Family-held Summit Appliance, a unit of Felix Storch Inc. (FSI), was founded in Queens, N.Y., in 1969 and moved its manufacturing, operations, back office and distribution functions to its current Bronx headquarters in 1998. The company also operates a state-of-the-art warehouse in Edison, N.J., and a fabrication facility in Wallingford, Conn. The company carries over 600 basic models of specialty refrigerators, freezers and cooking appliances, including what it describes as the industry’s largest collection of built-in undercounter and ADA compliant models.
