By rssfeeds-admin (KRON) — A 24-year-old woman was found deceased inside a Napa County hotel room on Thursday, according to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.
The woman, identified as Ahmyiah Iman Pinkney of Sacramento, had been shot, investigators said.
Deputies found Pinkney after someone called 911 at 7:20 a.m. Thursday to report a shooting at Bardessono Hotel in Yountville.
“The incident is being investigated as a suspicious death,” NCSO wrote. Sheriff’s detectives are working to uncover what led up to the shooting, and who pulled the trigger.
No other details were released by law enforcement officials.
