Forbes: UW Health in Northern Illinois ranks among the best employers in the state

(WTVO) — UW Health in Northern Illinois has been named one of America’s best employers by state, according to Forbes and Statista.

UW Health was ranked the best health system to work for in the state, while also ranking fifth overall in Illinois.

The scores were determined by personal and public evaluations.

The healthcare provider’s growth opportunities, benefits and inclusive environment were cited as some of the reasons for the ranking.
