Burnout and bias: why Black women are leaving jobs
(WPHL) — New studies show that close to 300,000 Black women left the workforce within the last three months. The reasons include federal job cuts and the dismantling of DEI programs, along with inflation and AI. This issue doesn’t just impact women of color; it impacts the entire U.S. economy.
