Tax-delinquent parcels in Baxter and Stone counties will be sold at a regional auction on Thursday, the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands announced.
The auction begins at 10 Thursday morning at ASU Mountain Home located at 1600 S. College Street, with registration starting at 9. Parcels will be offered alphabetically by county. A complete catalog of properties is available at www.cosl.org,
along with guides for researching and bidding.

Commissioner Tommy Land said the regional format allows bidders to participate in multiple counties at one event. Bidders must register with a U.S. federal or state ID and pay in full by check or credit/debit card; cash will not be accepted.

Land noted that parcels sold at auction cannot be redeemed and that the redemption period for owners ends at 4 on the last business day before the sale. Purchases must also cover any 2024 taxes by Oct. 15. Properties that do not sell will appear on a post-auction sales list for online bidding.
