By rssfeeds-admin BARNWELL COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – A shooting suspect in Barnwell County is now charged with Murder.
According to the Barnwell County Sheriff’s Office, during the month of August, Joseph Samarco’s charges were upgraded to Murder.
This stems from the victim, Tobias Kelly, passing away from a July 2025 shooting.
Samarco was originally charged with Attempted Murder, Armed Robbery and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime.
