(KRON) — San Jose police have released the photo of a man who allegedly used some sort of liquid to severely damage a Tesla parked at an elementary school last month.

In the Aug. 12 incident, police said the suspect poured an “unknown substance from a container” onto the Tesla in the 800 block of Steinbeck Drive. The liquid caused “significant damage” to the vehicle, according to police.

“Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance identifying a suspect responsible for vandalizing a Tesla,” said police in a news release.
