JONESBORO, Ark. – Arkansas State University is launching new initiatives that university officials said will give Red Wolves fans a chance to support ASU Athletics and its student-athletes.
The initiatives were introduced last week during A-State’s football season opener and include a first-ever One Pack Jackpot raffle, round-up donations at concession stands, and new admission-donation options at non-ticketed sports, officials said.
According to a spokesperson, the One Pack Jackpot is a 50/50 raffle with half of the net proceeds awarded to the winner and the remaining proceeds directed to the Red Wolves Foundation to support A-State student-athletes.
Additional fundraising efforts include the option for patrons to round concession purchases to the nearest dollar as a donation to the One Pack Fund, and QR-code donations for free-admission sports such as women’s soccer, track and field, and women’s tennis, officials said.
“The One Pack initiative is a core component of our strategy, but we must continue to develop and enhance other revenue streams, and the Red Wolves Foundation’s One Pack Jackpot is an example,” A-State Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics Chris Pezman said.
Fans 18 and older can get their tickets when each raffle goes live by visiting RedWolvesFoundation.com/Jackpot and in-venue on game days through One Pack Jackpot raffle sellers.
