Monroe councilman warns citizens of scam

MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — Monroe Councilman Doug Harvey announced on social media a warning to Ouachita Parish citizens of a new door-to-door soliciting scam happening. It originated in Ruston and has since spread to Monroe.
