
The Minnesota State Patrol said a 65-year-old woman was killed Tuesday when her vehicle collided with a pickup.
A crash report from the State Patrol said a Pontiac Sunfire was driving east on Highway 7 in McLeod County when it collided with a Ford F350 that was driving south on County Road 2.
The driver of the Sunfire, 67-year-old Ardith Marlene Turvander, was killed as a result of the crash; authorities said she had not been wearing a seatbelt when the collision occured.
A 28-year-old man who had been driving the pickup was injured and taken to a hospital for treatment; his injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
