JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating an assault that occurred in the Presidential Hills neighborhood.
The incident occurred in the 3700 block of John Adams Road on September 1, 2025.
Detective Tommie Brown, with the Jackson Police Department (JPD), said the victim was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators said it’s unknown if the victim was shot or assaulted with a weapon.
