According to CPD, officers are searching for 16-year-old Harmanie Black, who is described as a Black female, standing 5 feet event, weighs 168 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Black was reportedly last seen in the 1100 block of Knight Drive, but her last clothing description is unknown.
