Baxter County woman arrested on 2nd degree murder charges

A Baxter County woman has been arrested on charges including second degree murder.

29-year-old Terra Jonell Thompson of Midway was booked into the Baxter County Jail late Friday evening. Her charges include Murder 2nd Degree, Domestic Battery 1st degree serious injury and Domestic Battery 2nd degree physical injury.

Thompson was originally booked on the charges of battery. On Saturday the charge of 2nd degree murder was added. According to the Baxter County Sheriff all records and affidavits are sealed at this time, so no details can be released.

Thompson is currently being held on bonds totalling $100,000.
