Hrrr 16-hr rainfall potential

Weather Worry Index 5 out of 10:  While severe weather issues will be isolated to scattered at best, our biggest concern will be the potential for flooding Thursday night and the issues it causes for Friday’s morning commute in Texarkana, Shreveport-Bossier, & other areas prone to flooding during heavy rain events.  That being said, the WWI for Thursday night and Friday morning will be 5 out of 10.
