Drying out in time for Labor Day in Columbus, Ga
COLUMBUS, GA (WRBL)- We are currently stuck between two stalled fronts. One across north Georgia and the other to our south. These fronts will begin to clear over the weekend.

Sunday: We are in for a little bit more sunshine Sunday. While most will stay dry, a few pop up showers will be possible in the afternoon. Winds will be breezy, gusting up to 20 mph.

Labor Day: These breezy conditions will continue for Labor Day. The two stalled fronts will be clear from our forecast, leaving us with only a few fair weather clouds. Temperatures will sit in the mid-80s.

Next Week: By the time everyone heads back to work on Tuesday, we will be tracking our next cold front. Unfortunately, this is on track to be a weaker front for us.

Expect isolated showers on Wednesday before the rain tapers off for the rest of the week. Afternoon readings will remain steady in the mid-upper 80s, with lows in the mid-60s, despite the front.
