(KRON) – Two people were arrested for vandalism after police said they started a fire, according to the Fairfield Police Department.
A Fairfield police officer noticed the two suspects sparking a fire near Fairfield Community Center Willow Hall. Authorities said the suspects tried to flee, but the officer deployed his drone.

The suspects were identified as 39-year-olds John Joshua and Miesha Whipple. The duo was arrested and booked into the county jail for vandalism and possession of narcotics.
