Caddo Sheriffs capture man who they say escaped out of a Popeyes

CADDO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A man suspected of stealing a vehicle led police on a chase earlier today.
Caddo Sheriff’s office have located a man who they say escaped out of a Popeye’s and was running around a Chick-fil-A when they attempted to arrest him.
Earlier today, on August 28, 2025, just before 10 a.m., Caddo Sheriff’s Deputies followed up on a report of an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
The results of this search allegedly led them to Kyle Patrick, who they found at a Popeyes on Mansfield Road.
Before he could be taken in, Kyle ran out of the restaurant and was last seen running behind the Chick-fil-A also on Mansfield Road, toward the Summer Grove shopping center.
Officers can not confirm whether Kyle is armed.
