Judge denies bond for suspect in light rail stabbing death
During this operation, Mikael Bowers, of Wilmington, allegedly engaged in conversations and made arrangements to meet what he believed was a 14-year-old girl with the intent to engage in sexual acts.
On Aug. 19, Bowers was arrested and charged with Solicitation of a Child by Computer. He is being held on a $125,000 bond.
