PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — Pulaski County officials are asking smokers to be careful after a grass fire on East Highway 80.

According to officials, a discarded cigarette caused the fire.

With multiple counties under burn bans and dry conditions across the state, firefighters are urging everyone to be mindful of where they toss their cigarettes.
