Fallen officer Eric Estrada’s brother and daughter speak at funeral service

LOGAN, Utah (ABC4) — The brother and daughter of Tremonton Police Officer Eric Estrada, who was shot and killed in the line of duty on Aug. 17, spoke at his funeral service.

Estrada’s brother, Jesus Estrada, shared, “If you knew him, you already know that he was one of a kind.”

Jesus shared that he and Officer Estrada enjoyed watching movies together and playing soccer and baseball.

However, Jesus shared that “out of all the roles he played in life, he was most proud of being a husband and a dad.”

Officer Estrada was the husband of Brittney and the father of Cienna and Luka.

“He showed me again and again what it means to love fiercely, live fully, and never do anything halfway,” shared Jesus.

Officer Estrada’s daughter, Cienna, also spoke at the funeral service.

“He was a dad that was up for almost anything,” said Cienna.

She shared that her dad loved pickleball and CrossFit, always knew how to make others laugh and smile, and lived a great life.
