The Arkansas Agriculture Hall of Fame is accepting nominations for its next class of inductees, with a Nov. 1 deadline.
The Hall of Fame recognizes Arkansans who have made significant contributions to the state’s largest industry while highlighting their impact on economic development. Since its founding in 1987, 198 men and women have been inducted.

Debbie Moreland, chair of the Hall of Fame and program administrator for the Arkansas Association of Conservation Districts, said the honor celebrates the leaders whose work has strengthened the industry and communities statewide.

“As Arkansas’s largest industry, agriculture fuels our economy and shapes communities in every corner of the state,” Moreland said. “The Arkansas Agriculture Hall of Fame honors the extraordinary people whose leadership and innovation have strengthened our agriculture industry and left a lasting mark.”

Anyone may nominate a candidate. Forms are available online or by calling 501-228-1609. Nominees are asked to provide information on professional achievements, public service and contributions to agriculture and their community.

The induction ceremony will be held March 27, 2026, at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock.
