The commemorative service will begin at 11 a.m. and feature special music and liturgy appropriate for the occasion. The Right Reverend C. Andrew Doyle, bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas, will be in attendance and offer a special blessing.
After the service, the church grounds will be transformed into a community festival featuring:
Live music
A bounce house, face painting, and other family-friendly activities

The Reverend Jennene Laurinec, vicar of St. John’s, said, “This 75th anniversary celebration represents a wonderful opportunity to gather as a church family and welcome our broader community. We invite everyone in and around Carthage to join us for this joyous occasion.”
All members of the community are welcome to attend the service and the festival activities.
