MANHATTAN (KSNT) – Some vehicles in a Kansas State University parking lot are damaged after a large vehicle fell over Wednesday morning.
Michelle Geering with K-State released a statement from the university on Aug. 27 regarding an incident involving a “concrete pump truck.” She said the vehicle fell near a construction site by Weber Hall on campus.
K-State reports that parked vehicles near the south end of the B1 parking lot are damaged from the incident. First responders at the scene found no one was injured as a result of the pump truck falling over.
“Currently, the B1 parking lot is closed from Claflin Road to the Recycling Center as crews work to clear the area.
The accident is under investigation, and no additional information is available at this time.”
