Boy with autism found alone at Northwest Side Jewel
CHICAGO — The Chicago Police Department is asking for the public’s help after a boy with autism was found alone at a Jewel on the Northwest Side.

He was located at the Jewel at Six Corners, located in the 4600 block of West Irving Park Road, just after 12:05 a.m. early Wednesday.

The boy is estimated to be 14-18, 5’8″-5’10”, 100-110 lbs. and was wearing a blue shirt, red and white pajama bottoms and no shoes.

He was brought to Community First Hospital at 5645 W. Addison.

Anyone who can identify the boy can call police at 312-746-6554 or 911.
