Polls are open for municipal elections across the Tennessee Valley

ALABAMA (WHNT) – The polls are now open in cities across the Tennessee Valley for 2025 municipal elections.

Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.

When you arrive at the polling place, you’ll provide your name to a poll worker and present an acceptable form of photo identification. Your voting district is based on your home address, not your mailing address, so you’ll want to make sure you choose the right polling location.

Your Local Election Headquarters will have crews all over the Tennessee Valley giving you updates from city halls and campaign parties!

We’ll be following the results as they come in for mayoral, city council and school board races in Albertville, Athens, Boaz, Decatur, Florence, Fort Payne, Guntersville, Hartselle, Madison, Moulton, Muscle Shoals, Priceville, Russellville and Tuscumbia.
