HURRICANE, Utah (ABC4) — Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to a structure fire at a restaurant early Tuesday morning.
According to officials, the incident happened at around 2 a.m. Crews were dispatched to El Jinete Mexican Grill at 70 E State Street after a passerby noticed flames coming from the building and called 911.

The first arriving crew on scene found fire showing from the roof and quickly initiated a fire attack, officials said. The fire was contained within 10 minutes of the first unit’s arrival.
The business was unoccupied at the time, and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
