Man killed in Pearl River County car crash

PEARL RIVER COUNTY, Ms. (WGNO) — A man was killed in a Pearl River County car crash Sunday, Aug. 24.

According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, a 2005 Lincoln Towncar driven by 22-year-old Marcus Dickey of Biloxi was traveling north on interstate 59 when it crossed the median and collided with a 2002 Freightliner Semi-truck driven by 41-year-old Imran Sohna of San Antonio.

Dickey received fatal injuries from the crash. Sohna was transported to a local hospital with injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
