Stay Cool: Refresh and recharge with Canyon Ranch Fort Worth’s wellness series

FORT WORTH (KDAF) — Canyon Ranch Fort Worth Wellness Club + Spa is offering a “Stay Cool” series this August and September, featuring indoor fitness, spa treatments, and exclusive events to help guests recharge amid the Texas heat.

The “Stay Cool” series at Canyon Ranch Fort Worth blends luxury self-care with science-backed wellness, providing guests and members with new ways to reset inside the award-winning wellness club. The seasonal offerings include a Three-Month Personalized Fitness Journey, cooling spa treatments, and social events designed to refresh the mind and energize the spirit.

The Three-Month Personalized Fitness Journey offers expert-guided wellness in a flexible, results-oriented format, ideal for locals or travelers staying active through the back-to-school season. Participants can choose between in-person and virtual support, with the program including monthly check-ins and personalized workouts.

Guests who train onsite can escape the Texas heat inside Canyon Ranch Fort Worth’s expansive 9,000-square-foot fitness floor, which features cutting-edge equipment like the Boost treadmill. For those navigating travel schedules, the hybrid version extends the club’s expertise beyond Fort Worth through remote coaching and personalized training plans.

The fitness program is priced at $665 for non-members and $595 for members, with additional options like a day pass add-on for non-members and virtual exercise sessions available.

The Canyon Ranch Fort Worth Spa offers cooling, revitalizing treatments focused on sculpting, hydration, and inflammation relief. Highlights include HydraFacials and Gua Sha Sculpting Add-Ons, with prices ranging from $250 to $365 for HydraFacials and an additional $30 for the Gua Sha add-on.

Guests can also enjoy private gatherings in the elegant Celebration Suite, ideal for bridal parties, moms celebrating their kids going back to school, or team bonding outings. Groups can enhance the experience with mini services and chilled refreshments.

On September 12, Canyon Ranch Fort Worth will host “Savor + Sweat,” an exclusive wellness pop-up featuring Erin Stewart, an Austin-based fitness founder and holistic chef. The event includes a heated sculpt class, followed by a wellness hour with healthy bites and smoothies, and a conversation with Stewart on her food philosophy.

Canyon Ranch Fort Worth’s “Stay Cool” series offers a comprehensive range of wellness activities to help guests recharge and stay cool during the hot Texas months, whether through personalized fitness programs, spa treatments, or engaging events.
