The St. Paul Police Department said a man was shot while riding his bike Sunday afternoon, after he was involved in a confrontation with another group in a vehicle.
According to police, the shooting occured just before 2 p.m. near the intersection of Kent Street and Lafond Avenue.
The police said a man was riding his bike when there was a confrontation between him and a group of people inside a vehicle.
The man on his bike was reportedly then shot, and the vehicle drove off.
The man sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his shoulder; no arrests have been made at this time.
