FALMOUTH, Ky. (FOX 56) — A man has been indicted in connection with an early August death investigation in Pendleton County.

According to a Saturday news release, the Kentucky State Police (KSP) was asked to help the Pendleton County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) investigate on Aug. 3 after a woman was found dead on Old 3L Highway.

An initial report showed that David O’Hara, 54, had gone to another residence and claimed that a woman named Donna Gibson was dead at a different home on the same highway.

A PCSO deputy reportedly went to the home O’Hara had mentioned and found Gibson’s body inside. KSP was then notified, and investigators were sent.
