Walmart Asset Protection told Batesville Police Loniak signed a notification of restriction from property in 2021 which bans him from every Walmart store in the United States. They say he is a suspect in numerous thefts from Walmart stores across the country using the same method.
For the incident in Batesville, Loniak is facing felony charges of commercial burglary and theft of property. His bond is set at $25,000.
PREVIOUS ARRESTS
Loniak has four previous felony arrests in Arkansas which date back to 1997 and cover three counties including Boone, Benton and Greene. His charges include commercial burglary, theft of property, theft by receiving and domestic battery.
