Two Beauregard Parish men charged with multiple counts of child rape
DERIDDER, La. (KLFY) — Two Beauregard Parish men have been arrested and charged with raping children under the age of 13, authorities said.
Kenneth Reed, 74, of DeRidder, is charged with three counts of first degree rape of a victim under 13.
Justin Stephens, 31, of DeRidder, is charged with four counts of first degree rape of a victim under 13.

According to the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office, a report of a minor being inappropriately touched was filed Aug. 1, and two other victims under 13 later came forward. They gave statements and provided evidence that led to Reed and Stephens being the prime suspects, officials said.
