Smothered turkey necks, a SUNday Social to celebrate 25 years of Café Reconcile

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — It’s been a quarter century of goodness.

It’s Café Reconcile.

WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood wants to show you the menu.

And invite you to celebrate a quarter of a century of making New Orleans even more delicious.

In the kitchen with Chef Martha Wiggins, it’s time to commemorate Café Reconcile.

Café Reconcile hosts two anniversary events in September.

On Sept. 5, it’s Community Day. That’s lunch from the cafe’s signature menu and special activities in the courtyard.

You’ll see how this mission comes to life.

Then on Sept. 28 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., it’s “Reconcile at 25: SUNday Social.”

Food, of course, music and signature cocktails to celebrate.
